Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The water park was a blast for the kids, and we especially loved the variety of activities available. However, we faced issues with check-in and the overall room condition, which dampened our experience. Dining was okay, but the environment was quite chaotic with kids running around. Despite the fun amenities, the stay was overshadowed by service hiccups and room discomfort.
Our stay at the Tundra Lodge was quite the mixed bag. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and the decor was charming with a unique lodge theme. However, we faced considerable frustration with the check-in process, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Overall, while there are some great aspects, the issues we encountered make it hard to recommend a return visit.
I had a pleasant stay at the Tundra Lodge, where the waterpark was a highlight for my family, especially the whirlpool area. The staff was warm and helpful, particularly during our check-in. However, I was disappointed with the inconsistent dining hours and the extra charges for waterpark passes. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider returning.
Our stay at Tundra Lodge was a mix of fun and frustration. The water park was a hit with the kids, providing plenty of entertainment, but the check-in process was chaotic and the service left much to be desired. The room itself was cramped and in need of a deep clean. While the water park was enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by long waits and outdated facilities, leading us to question the value for money.
Our stay at Tundra Lodge was a mixed bag. The water park was a highlight for our family, especially for the kids, who had a blast with all the activities. However, we faced issues with the cleanliness of our room and the responsiveness of the service, which left a lot to be desired. Overall, we enjoyed some parts of our experience, but significant improvements are definitely needed.
